Shipping Policy
Introduction
At The Shop, all sales are completed in person at our physical location. While we don’t offer online sales or shipping through our website, we’re happy to help customers arrange local delivery for larger items purchased in-store.
Delivery Information
We recommend a trusted local delivery service to assist with transporting furniture and larger items. Delivery fees and timing depend on the destination, item size, and the delivery provider’s schedule. All delivery details are discussed and arranged at the time of purchase. Once an item leaves our store with the delivery provider, responsibility for safe transport transfers to that carrier. However, if any issues arise, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve them.
